No feedback on registration

<p>Good day. I tried to register my company since the 5th of December. I paid the R999.00 for an urgent registration but nothing happens. The only feedback I got was that the one person doing the registrations is offsick and they have a backlog. What in the world does their internal issues have to do with me? I pay for a service and get nothing. No feedback. No mails. No telephone feedback. I am so frustrated. What can i do? I am sooo frustrated. </p>
