DON'T BOTHER

<p>A few months ago i paid Top Design the amount required for a a full business set up solution, including websote design. Giving them credit where due the adminstrayive tasks was done except the last which i cannot open and am waiting for feedback. However, as far as website design goes they are utterly useless. I was promised in writing on proably 4 occasions and verbally a few times that a Alex will call to discuss. This was by Olivia which presumable hanldes my account. Even resorting to clear warning mails does simply not get any reaction from them. When trying to contact a manager through the ONLY contact number, the NO customer care number, i am simply being told that all managers are out for the day. I have not contracted another company and suffer the loss because companies like these simply do as they like. <strong>MY ADVICE, steer clear of their web design packages.</strong> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
