Worst customer service ever!

Waited 4 weeks for 1 blind that was promised to be done in less than 7 working days. When it arrived it waa the wrong size. After promising to get is pushed as urgent, 2 days max we waited another 3 weeks! Then got a call at 9:00 saying they are closing at 11:00 can they come and install it. We told them multiple times that we are on holiday and will have to make arrangements in advance for someone to be home. Horrible service. No apology or an effort to make up for their mistakes.
