Top floors worst experience ever

We tried to do the floors with screed (cement/epoxy look) but it was uneven.

We contacted Top Carpet and Floors with their years of experience they should be able too assist with beautiful floors on the mess we had.

They came out for a quote, I was very sceptical on laminated flooring as I have dogs and love too spill stuff all over. We where told laminated is the way to go, they will level the floors and we can install it straight through the house( even in bathroom with walk in shower) The installation will be done in 3 days if we move all our furniture outside. Day 4 I asked how the water (shower/sink/basins/spills) will be stopped from seeping under the laminated as there is a 10-20mm opening against all walls/cupboards, I was told the skirting will stop it. After installation of the skirting there was still a 2-5mm space , all water will still seep through, then they came and pushed silicone in that space, the silicone is now coming out with sweeping. All uneven floor is still bouncing ( while walking 1m away my table move due to unevenness) We did installation in December and they only came back in January to finish. We were waiting for a guarantee from the product supplier, only received it 8April on WhatsApp foto and a Final demand 9 April from Debt Collectors.
