Top Carpets NO SERVICE DELIVERY

I have never received such bad service as I have with Top Carpets Richards Bay, I have been asking for 5 months for someone to come and repair my vinyl flooring, all the promises are made and yet nothing happens. If I could do it again I would never opt for vinyl flooring and definitely do not recommend this company. VERY DISAPPOINTED
