Top Carpets are NOT tops!

Three months after paying for carpets we now have Top Carpets Lydenburg coming in for the 4th time to relay sections to get the joins neat. The strips used at the doors are convex with sharp edges and the grab strips on either side have their metal prongs sticking straight up! Harsh on bare feet to say the least .. Glue gun burn marks are now being blamed on the client .... Top Carpets are the only ones with a glue gun on the property? The Regional Director complains that its a long drive for him to inspect the carpets .... until I pointed out I (the client) have to drive the same distance to meet him. When I asked to escalate at the Head Office I was advised that the MD does not come into the office but they would pass on a message to him? I did not negotiate on price and really expected professional service and installation. I am really disappointed and obviously unless the problems are fixed to an acceptable level, I would have to warn anyone against using the Lydenburg branch
