I recently contacted Top Carpets and Floor in Richards Bay and initially spoke with Kelvin enquiring about carpets and flooring. A few days later both Robert and Kelvin came to my home to give advice and measure up. I then visited them in the showroom in Alton to discuss further. On both occasions the response I received was exceptional, way above what I expected. These days it is difficult to find and get good service and advice and I must congratulate both Robert and Kelvin on the exceptionally professional pleasant advice. Well done, keep it up.
