Top Carpet and Floors

I have sent my complain regarding my flooring they install in 2021 same year i had issues .

The first team from Top carpet came to inspect the floor in 2021 ,after the inspection no report or findings that was sent through .

I peruse the matter via emails same team was towards the end of 2021 no communication thereafter .

2022 same thing happened the same team has been in my house for 10 times already

This year i wrote to them again same team came my challenge was how can you diagnose something happened in 2021 in 2023

On Tuesday they send their team again i refused to let them in because i wrote to Ravi Store Manager that if they not coming to removed damage panels and replace them with new panels i am not going to let them in .
