TERRIBLE SERVICE , DISRESPECTFUL CONSULTANT!!
I CHOSE TOP CARPETS BECAUSE I THOUGHT I WOULD RECEIVE GOOD SERVICE AND WORKMANSHIP. HOWEVER I HAVE BEEN UNHAPPY WITH MY FLOORS SINCE THE DAY OF INSTALLATION. THE WORSE PART WAS THAT THE CONSULTANT I WAS ASSIGNED TO WAS VERY RUDE AND ARROGANT.
FOR A COMPANY THATS BEEN AROUND FOR SO LONG , THEY SHOULD NOT HAVE EMPLOYEES WHO TREAT CUSTOMERS WITH NO RESPECT.
