Terrible service
Terrible service from start to finish at Top Carpets and Floors in Plumstead (also calling themselves Crest Flooring, and Crest Carpet Care). Very unhelpful and unprofessional when it comes to making appointments, fulfilling contractor obligations, and also dishonest when confronted with the aftermath of shoddy work (i.e. moldy carpets).
