Poor communication and execution

Bad service. I’m sitting now with a half job because a key question was not asked by them about skirting when I paid for the carpets ordered. It seems it’s my fault I didn’t ask. The installation was poorly executed and all I got was attitude. This is now going to cost me, a pensioner, more money to do the skirting myself. Will not recommend them.
