Lets pleases the seller not the customer.
We initially had a good experience. So went back to buy another carpet. This time only to be disappointed with a whole in the carpet where the stitching went bad. Ungortunately we could only produce a topend photo. They demanded one of below the carpet, neefless it was not practical fue to surcomstances. Money was good, hushle with client service to frustrate you with evidence of the rear of the product. Dissapointed. Left it than waisting fuel and time to SATISFY the seller.

10 Sept 2020, 10:39We sent a report to the manufacturer, Belgotex Carpets who responded as follows: It was stitched and is certainly not missing tufts from machining,
We cannot make a call on this until we know the full story,
The customer was advised of the situation but has not subsequently rep****.
