Going the extra mile

Just want to take this time to compliment Lettie for the awesome service we have been receiving from her since last year with our purchases of wooden floors.<br> We can just walk into the Lynnwood shop order our goods and in no time it is there for pick up.<br> On Wednesday 11 March 2015 , my husband phoned in for 23m2 of wooden floors and the guy said they don't have stock they will get back to us( which we are still waiting for). I called later that day and requested to speak to Lettie and gave her our request.After 30 minutes I received a quotation and we paid that afternoon,By Friday 13 March our stock arrived.<br> <br> Quick efficient service for us.<br> <br> Lettie is a real asset to the company as she listens to the client and keeps then happy all the time with her passion for service delivery with a great attitude , no job is to big or small for Lettie .<br> <br> Thanks Lettie , we appreciate your hard work :o)
