Flooring installation quote

I would also like to give no stars if it was possible. We asked for a quotation for floors on the Monday and only got it on the Thursday afternoon (after many calls from our side). The quotation only had one line (installation of floors) - no detail of what it entails like in two other quotations. Their quotation was also considerably higher than two other quotations we obtained.
