Failed Laminate floor installation

Top Carpet replaced a carpet in bedrooms and laminate floor in another room. They had to come back to re-stretch the carpet. Laminate floor: they took off skirting boards which was not supposed to happen. They broke a solid wooden table which was fitted and it took weeks for the table to come back. BUT: we are the first owner of the property - moved in in December 2005. We had laminate floor in that particular room ever since. (more than 13 years). Within 6 month of the installation from Top Carpet the floor popped up on 2 different places. They uplifted the floor and now claim that it was dampness as they also spotted dampness on the wall. Never mind that the crew who installed the floor in the first place cut the planks so badly that one wonders if they did it freehand with a jigsaw. Needless to say: as the color is discontinued they refuse to replace the floor and we are sitting with the mess. PLUS: in between them taking out the floor and re-installing the floor we repainted the walls only for them to mess up every single wall again! Can't recommend them at all!!
