DO NOT USE Top carpets and floors Bethlehem
Top Carpets Bethlehem is the worst business I have ever encountered. My initial perception of the business was very good... But their after sales service is awful. You struggle to get any response from them, they never keep to timelines, they do a half finished job and just leave it like that.

07 Jan 2021, 11:57The complaints that arose were as the result of contractors for Security Gates and Kitchen cupboards undertaking work after we had installed the flooring. We sought the advice of the distributor to help rectify the situation and have done so according to these suggestions. Regards TC Head Office

07 Jan 2021, 13:38No it was actually not the fault of contractors that did installations afterwards. As specified in the report that I shared with TCF head office the main problem was the installation from TCF done incorrectly - skirtings and other floor finishes were glued to the vinyl floor, preventing the floating floor from moving as needed. This caused the vinyl planks to lift at the seams - throughout my whole house...not only rooms with cupboards or gates installed.
Some of the areas were corrected as suggested by the supplier, but not all. Some damaged planks were just moved from one area to another.
Also, many other workmanship mistakes were made with the " rectification " of the original installation- floor planks not even extending till underneath the floor skirtings, skirtings not being glued to the wall and falling off etc. The general finishing of the work is very bad. This is the poor standard of workmanship that TCF Bethlehem finds acceptable.
