<p>I own a ground floor unit which had water damage caused by a burst pipe from the above unit. After dealing the matter with body corporate which i must say was a pleasure, TOP CARPET EDENVALE was appointed. Worse nightmare ever. They have been dealing the matter since December 2016. Glen their sale rep firstly couldn't provide the correct report and to top it off don't even know the contact number of the company he works for. Then i began with my next nightmare, dealing with Sonja, she contacts me to advise the workmanship will be done on 1st Feb. I contact her to confirm then it's like no can we do the 2nd Feb after me telling her we have made arrangements for 1st. Today the 1st i get a call that their vehicle broke down. For a big company i must say it seems like we dealing with a bunch of kids. It's sad that the company name is being degraded through their *********** staff as they have being in existence for a long time .</p>
