Complaint escalated to Head Office but no response

We have been dealing with Top Carpets Alberton but getting no joy there, escalated my complaint to Head Office, was notified this was sent to Albert who would assist us. to date - I still haven't heard from them. <br> <br> This problem has been going on for almost a year now and we would like someone to assist us, we have a gapping carpet and ripples through out the house, this it totally unacceptable and we would like some one to assist us. <br> <br> This is an insurance claim, I will be contacting them again to notify them not to use any Top carpet branches as their service is shocking.
