Bad installation
One of the door strips installed by top carpets and floors (umhlanga) was not installed properly, which led to water seeping in, underneath the floor.
Upon inspection by their installation team, it was found that the incorrect door strip was used.
Instead of rectifying it and repairing damaged flooring, they claimed that the issue is related to a leaking fridge (on waterproof vinyl flooring!!!)

I am pleased to confirm that the repair has been completed and I am happy with the result. The installer, Temba, and his team, were very professional.
