A sad and dismal joke of a company

<p>If you want a carpet installation that starts late (not on scheduled date), is incomplete (installer climbed out the window because he wanted to go home or simply didn't turn up with no explanation), is shoddy (edges fraying and not tucked in), carpet trims where there shouldn't be any and that don't match, nails poking through the carpet (and injuring bare feet) from badly fitted grips and stair case carpets that look like they've been installed by a drunk... (nothing matches up and completely skew) go-ahead and hire Top Carpets. Oh, and you'll also have to find your own overlocker for all your overlocking requirements. Peter Rathenburg NEVER answers his phone and nor does Rene Thomas. The most *********** company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. I have now hired another company (at great expense) to fix their complete mess.</p>
