Shocking service at Tony's Spaghetti Krugersdorp

We had the most awful experience at Tony's Spaghetti in Krugersdorp. We are regular customers and the service was shocking. We were not happy with the steak and complained to the manager afterwards. It was tough and really poor quality. The child ate his food as he was hungry. There was a tough piece left that was uneatable. The manager offered us drinks which we declined. Then this woman came to us and was extremely rude. Not sure if she is a manager or one of the owners. She then threw the piece of meat at us!!!! Then accusing us of wanting our meal free and who knows what else. We had already asked for the bill and honestly did not want it for free. She could have offered us a small piece of better steak to replace the terrible meal we received. Instead she threw the food at us and told the security that we should be banned! I have never in my life had such an awful experience in a restaurant!!!! I will tell everyone about this shocking experience!!!! Disgusting!!!!!
