useless custmer service

ordered a product from this website and a 1 month later i have not received the parcel. when trying to contact the company i get some ******* friendly reply providing every excuse under the sun and NO information as to where my parcel is

I would advise to buy locally. the attraction on price is simply not worth the aggravation
