TomTop poor delivery
What a joke.
I ordered a product and selected express delivery because i know that if product is sent via the national post office product will never arrive.
On payment i noted that the express delivery was no longer selected. i immediately mailed then to require for express delivery and if there is an additional pay in i am happy to do this. they confirmed they would send the cargo via express shipping.
Result i am 2 month down the road without the delivery. i have mailed them every week. the only response i get is that please wait a few days more they waiting for the shipping experts to track the cargo. i can tell you where the cargo it. missing and will not be delivered. the national post system is a joke. now i must be out of pocket for their delay and stuff up.
never ever purchase from a useless bunch on individuals
