I have placed an order on 5th of November and till now I didnt receive. When I tried to contact support through mails, they aren't even responding. This is the second time i am facing this issue, last time aswell it happened the same. Buying a product from Tomtop is same as dump your money into garbage.

Please don't buy any product from Tomtop as it doesn't give any guarantee to reach the product to your address as it all depends on customs. Customs stops almost every item and it is your headache to get it back to you. Tomtop doesnt even help you. Shipper is a spectator here. So buying a product from Tomtop is like throughout a money into garbage and need to struggle like hell to get the product to reach u. With the amount or time you spend you can get 2 products in amazon india and you can save hell lot of time.
