TomTop changed from my "Favorite Seller" to "Absolut NoGo Seller"!!!
TomTop changed from my "Favorite Seller" to "Absolut NoGo Seller"!!! TomTop offers product as FlashSale .... I ordered an paid immediately! Waiting 10 days, no shipout .... no reaction from customerservice ..... nothing!!! Today I asked with Tomtop Chat. Short answer: "It is out of stock". This is absolut no honorable in my mind! Offer an item as special product, earn the mones for the item ...... and then nothing happend?!?!
Never again TomTop! Customer Service is terrible, No support, No Information! Why should order Items, if these will be don`t shipped out then?
Open a Disput with help from PayPal to get my money back!!
