mobile telephone from TomTop - who can help

I joined hellopeter, in the hope that I could get help against TomTop, but did not get any further whatsoever. I bought a mobile telephone from TomTop, it became defect after only a couple of weeks, and they wanted me to post it back, at a very high cost to China. How can I get assistance, advice, and help?
