Great alternative to other major Chinese retail Sites

As a customer from an EU country, sometimes orders from Chinese retail sites are a major issue. However, after 2 orders from TOMTOP (shipping from the German warehouse), I can say I'm pleased with them. The products were shipped fast even in the holiday season, well packaged and arrived without any issues or damages in a timely manner. As for the payments, there can be no issues since they accept PayPal which provides customer protection. The items in question were 2 3D printers at quite an amazing price (Anet A8 and Tronxy X3S) and a roll of PLA Filament. Unlike other reviews I have seen, every time I contacted their support l received answers within 24 hours in a polite manner. The only point I hope they improve is their inventory in the European warehouses (add more items that at the time being are only available from China warehouse). Other than that, they do a great job!
