Good purchase experience but sent an invalid coupon and no response from CS

My purchase experience was good. I was promised a coupon if I left a review. I left a review and then went through the hassle of taking screen shots to send proof of my review. They sent me a coupon code that never worked and the system said it was invalid. I emailed them multiple times but no response. I'll be taking my business elsewhere unfortunately
