cellphone purchased via online

placed a order for phone Geotel Gi on 12-08-2017 order nr. CP17H12N0129-1CO I received phone 10-10-2017. upon charging photo full i discovered that phone switches on but screen doesn't come on. I contacted Tom top and notified them of problem with phone. from there on i just get the same message from tom top.I've send all the pics and videos they requested where by if i enquire about progress they just reply same answer that n must send pics and videos.They are just brushing me off and if you try and place a post on their page the post gets thrown out.Can you please assist me in this matter because R1080.00 is a lot of money to lose.
