Unprofessionalism

I bought a car on the 11/11/15 that was to ready for collections on the 17/11/15 . When i call to tell them that i am comming to collect the car i am being told that the car still needs to go for machanicals checks . It will take 1more week to get my car that fullypaid by my Financier . I think they are unfair to me because i was not about the faults that the car has .
