Disgusting way that customers get treated
This was the worst experience i have ever had with any repair workshop. I have taken my vehicle into be repaired i know it is a older vehicle so did expect that there could be some problems. I asked for 1 oil seal to be replaced 2 Aircon to be repaired 3 Brakes to be checked and repaired 4 To fix the front drive to the 4X4 as shaft was turning and was not engaging and also the conformation was not coming up on the cluster 5 Also to fix the rear diff lock as it was also not coming up on cluster but was engaging. I also asked that the front grill and bottom Bash plate to be reinstalled. I got a quote for all repairs and told to go ahead. I was sent final invoice and it was less than quoted i asked why and was told there was nothing wrong with breaks. I payed I eventually went to collect the vehicle and was told all was working accept Aircon. Got to Vehicle front grill was not put back and neither the front bash plate. Asked them to get it done. When i got into vehicle decided to check the 4X4 still was not coming up on the cluster tried the diff lock still not coming up on the cluster and aircon not working. Asked and Oooops need to auto Elec. Two weeks later at auto elec the aircon is working and still no indication on cluster. I talk to i think workshop Manager and he tells me that he does not work on old vehicles like mine. I was told that he did not agree to fix his boss did. basically i was told to take my Vehicle and don't come back as i was been full of ****. So now have paid but still not the way it should be. I can say from my part i would never again recommend anybody to take thier Vehicle there.

Jeez, if you know what is good for you stay away from Tommy Martin Eagle Canyon under new management otherwise you'll be **********. I just received the worse pathetic service ever in my life which I'll still take up with Isuzu Head Office because I can't let this lie down.
