TOTAL ****UP!!!

I took my car in for a service last week and it came back totally messed up. The car cuts and just drives funny when infact it was okay when sent through. I love it how they will always want to seem innocent and explain things that are total hogwash when they know their clients are female. The towing service took forever to come assist me even when I made them aware that it was unsafe for a female to be lurking at a random service station alone. Why would they care if I got ***** or attacked anyway? The truck driver didn't bother putting back my tow hook even after I specifically asked him to put it back where it belongs. Did I also mention that my expensive perfume disappered from the vehicle too. What is this? I now believe that women will always be taken advantage of. Thanks for nothing.
