Still awaiting for a call on repairs/claim

My vehicle went in for a service on 2/10/15. The service was fantastic then and I gave them a good rating. Although the after service sucks!The services invoice is made out to the service plan so none of my information is on this invoice, registration number wrong and the make of my vehicle! Looks like everything is wrong including the service and they disconnected my air conditioner. She said it could just be a fuse, but it was working before then. I am still waiting for them to phone me regarding my insurance claim on 2 items. I phoned her on 26/10 to ask why this is taking so long, she said she would phone me back. Well today 10/11 and I am still waiting. The after service and follow up is pathetic and I take back the good rating because of this.<br> I would appreciated that they phone me so that I can have my car fixed.
