Service

My car went in for a service in November, since then my service notification keeps going on, and my car loses power. I took it back all they did was reset it which has not worked. They phoned me to rate their service, and i said it was poor due to error that was not fixed. They said the Manager would get back to me, this has still not happened. They then phoned again to rate the service, and once again i said it was very poor and that the Manager had not contacted me. They said the Manager would give me a call and they will report it. Still NO contact has been made. I am fed up. My car's service light still goes on and my car loses power. I have reported that the turbo makes weird noises that never happened in the beginning, and they said it was normal. This is a brand new Opel Adam, there shouldnt be problems!!! I am very disappointed in Tomy Martin Roodepoort! Their service and feedback is pathetic!!!
