Poor customer service

Poor customer service! This dealership is not customer orientated. They have no interest in attending to customer complaints and inquiries. They do not carry out work promised. They do not deliver on time. They do not return phone calls or respond to emails. The only thing they consistently deliver is poor customer service and empty commitments.
