HORRIBLE SERVICE

Car was taken in for service and I complained about my cars starter, they did not look at the starter, it was reported and written down on the job card and nothing was done about it as per the dealer. I've spoken to 3 different people and nothing is being done. I am now stuck in Durban with a car that doesn't work.
