Excellent service before sales and shows Bad attitude after sales and service

Poor after sales service and poor response from their Manager. I bought a 2017 model Hyundai accent car from Tommy on 1st Jan 2021 and the sales guy Mr. Andre told me that the car fitted with a new battery which was not done and sold the car with the same 4 years old battery. But after a month the battery just died and when i took the car to the nearest Hyundai Dealer they confirmed it was an old battery and was never replaced. I got surprised and contacted the so called Manager Mr. Vivian Smith, he says they cant replace the battery and rudely says its a old car and so was the battery. All these days I heard good about Tommy Martin but these guys are not even eligible to give 1star rating.
