Do not want to take/accept responsibality

Bought on the 27 th of August a brand new Chevrolet Captiva. Between taking possession of the vehicle and the 15000km(1st) service, which was carried out on the 27 th of November 2014, i notice that the leather of the front seats show signs of stretching.(which is not normal for leather) This was pointed out to the asst workshop mngr, who took photos and confirmed that it is a problem. After several phone calls to the workshop mngr, i turned to the DP. No success as yet. According to the DP, it is General Motors who is responsible to honour the guarantee, and he can not chase them. The question is, who benefited financially from this deal, and who is responsible for what ? <br>
