Customer Service 10/10

Now here is someone who brings hope to the South African customer service sphere.<br> <br> Today I had my car taken in for service at Tommy martin Roodepoort and I must say the service given by Retha Botha was one excellent experience and I hope there's more of such service super heroes out there. Thank you so much for such a pleasant experience. Not once was I lost i.t.o. of the status of my vehicle, in fact everything was just on point. Great job Retha and all those who still care about customer service in this country. Much appreciate your efforts!
