Long overdue rewards.

I have two reqards outstanding for many weeks now. One was redeemed on 24 August and the other on 9 September. Since I have kept my side of the bargain they should do so too. I have tried the usual complaints channels all receiving automated responses and no clear resolution. I would like Toluna to manually release my rewards so i can use them. Contacting their support and even headquarters has led me nowhere.
