Terrible experience
TOLUNA INFLUENCERS :: THIS IS STUPID,LOUSY AND WASTE OF TIME TOLUNA INFLUENCERS SO ANNOYING. DOES NOT APOLOGIZE FOR THE MISLEADING INFORMATION ABOUT REWARD. WHEN THEIR A.I BOT LUNA TELL ME , E VOUCHER WILL ONLY TAKE BETWEEN 1 TO 7 DAYS TO PROCESS AND PAYPAL MAY BE UP TO 3 WEEKS. AND SINCE THE LAST 3 WEEKS, TOLUNA HAS INSULTS MY INTELECT. YESZ TOLUNA THE FRENCH COMPANY INSULTS THE INTELECT OF A MALAY!!!..HOW?..BY KEEP SENDING THE SAME ANSWER IN THEIR EMAIL. ASKING ME TO WAIT 3 WEEKS. BUT I ONLY REDEEM E VOUCHER, WHAT HAPPENED TO 1 TO 7 DAYS?...UNTIL THIS TIME THAT I MAKE THIS POST, TOLUNA HAS NOT GRANTED ME OF MY REWARD. AND IT HAS BEEN 4 WEEKS. I GUESS HUMAN IN TOLUNA FORGETS HOW TO BE A HUMAN,..TOLUNA ..THIS IS RIDICULOUS. I've been waiting for my rewards since August.
I used to give Toluna 10 out of 10 but now I'm not so sure,it's been two months since I redeemed my reward and I'm still waiting

They promise 3 weeks to process voucher requests when you claim your rewards. I have 3 vouchers outstanding from 29 August 2026. All they claim is that they are facing delays with no indication of dates by which the voucher requests will be processed

Minus 10 stars. A TOTAL waste of time and all that happens is they get all you info. You spend hours filling in surveys to try and make the qouta to remdeem rewards which they say will be issued in 3-5 business days, then they say up to 3 weeks and then their excuse is sorry we are experiencing problems with vouchers. Just be patient. 9 weeks. I have been waitin 9 weeks for my rewards and it is the same copy pasted response every single time. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME ON THESE ******** BECAUSE YOU WILL NEVER GET THE REWARDS THEY PROMISE YOU. All they do is ***** your info and input.
