Toerbroers thumbs down

I booked a 3 country tour in 2022 but then fell pregnant and could go as it was in a malaria area. I then transferred the tour to 2023 but due to unforeseen circumstances couldn't make it again and asked for the money to be transferred again. Knowing that it would be almost impossible to make any other tour I asked for my money to be refunded on the 9th of July 2024, less the R1,000 deposit I would forfeit as per the email I received from Sya which I'm happy with but I would like the rest of the R7,000 paid towards the tour to be refunded - I've sent another 2 mails after this date still with no refund or reply. I honestly don't think this is fair or in good practice as life happens and I can't just write off R7,000. I would really like my money to be refunded!
