Toerboer service, ,,,,Very bad

Paying money for MSc ship tour .We leaving in 1 week, but the problem is the tour guide handle this tour ,doesn't give info back ,for example. ..what time flight leaving for Cape Town ,what is needed or do and don't for this tour ..We must try dragging info out of Toerbroer,This is terrible not to be inform ,because we must arrange for Transport to airport but we have no idea what time we leaving .....This is slow, terrible service from toerboer side
