Worst service ever

Honestly the worst service I have ever received for anything. App**** more then 6 weeks ago with my family they received their visa 2weeks ago but I am not getting feedback for the status of my application. There do not answer their landline after almost 50 calls not even one got answered and when you visit them to enquire all they can tell you is they don’t know what’s holding it up. Which is very weird considering that their website clearly states that group applications will receive feedback at the same time but that doesn’t seem to be the case at all
