Worst service ever

The worst service I have ever encountered. I app**** my UK Visa on the 4th of April 2023 and today is 17 May and still waiting for my passport to be returned. I paid for courier(R300 and R25 sms) but up to today I have not received any feedback from them. There was a mistake on my visa application and need the passport to reapply but I cannot because the passport is missing from their Menlyn offices. What kind of a business that does not yave a call center?
