Unprofessional and thieving

I cannot believe the unprofessional services by this company. A company that is dealing with important documents and information. Why the German embassy decided to use this outsourced company to do their visas is unfathomable. Firstly stole my money with the travel restrictions. Secondly have no indication when my passport will be returned. Emailed them numerous times, just to get no response. Called just for them to tell me to wait. I really do not ever want to go through this company again. I’ve had 4 visas before and I never had an issue until they outsourced it to this company
