UK Visa process useless staff!!!!!

Busa or Buso. Couldn't be bothered to help when we were referred to him for collection of our passport (which we paid a priority fee for of R 4500). Yet he helped another lady with a similar query and took her passport to go and insert the visa. He just shrugged his shoulders when asked.
