TLSContact - UK Visa - Service is Worst it has ever been

Slow, pathetic service and totally non communicative. Have been waiting for close on a month for a UK Visa. UK High Commission advised my Passport was being returned to TLSContact over a week ago, still waiting. I travel to the UK once a year and the service (rather lack of) is the worst it has ever been.
