TLSContact UK Visa - Inept, Uncaring and Non Communicative - Just Useless

This is a Company that has been entrusted with processing Visa’s for South Africans wanting to visit the UK whether as Tourists or on Business. They are totally useless, totally inept and totally uncommunicative as the British Consulate is totally uncaring. I app**** for a UK Business Visitors Visa through TLS Cape Town on the 13th May and was told it would take 10 to 15 days to process. At the time I told the Consultant that I needed my passport back for a prior trip to Indonesia on the 2nd June. I was told not to worry. Well that was a total lie from TLS. Since visiting TLS on the 13th May I have heard nothing from TLS as to the status of my Visa and as to where my Passport is. It is impossible to contact them telephonically and they give a meaningless automated response to written correspondence. I still have no idea as to when I may expect to receive my Passport back. In this day and age how the British Government can contract such an organization is beyond me to deal with a process that requires communication is beyond me.
