TLSContact money racketers

Much to my dismay, I have had to find out from other parties that the South African partner for UK visa and biometrics, TLScontact, were not forthcoming and DID NOT advise us as clients.

We infact did not need the UK transit Visas. We were not advised by , TLScontact.

Their supposed pillar of operational efficiency, states that staff are trained on regulatory frameworks to be able to advise clients but they did no such thing.

They had allowed us to continue the process despite this knowledge. Our travel destination was Canada with transit via London. According to Gov.UK, this would NOT warrant a transit. This information we learnt only 2 weeks ago. We also paid an extra R4000 to keep our visas since we were awaiting feedback for Canadian visas. All this was explained to the consultants assisting us and despite this continued to encourage the process.

The processing time has also long surpassed our travel itinerary. Flights date was 26 June 2022. Its now 7 weeks post application.

I now demand a full refund from this visa partner, TLScontact, paid to them, amount R11310. 00 on 25 April 2022, based on the fact that their supposed well trained staff did not advise us accordingly but were happy to take our money.
